These are the general policies of the institute  which would govern the relationship between the institute  and its students and user of its website.

PRIVACY POLICIES:-

The institute is accessible online through its website www.scips.in, the main priority of the institute  is the privacy of its visitors and students. This policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by the institute and how the same would be used.

These policies applies only to the institute  online activities and is valid for visitors to its website with regard to the information that they shared and/ or collect in www.scips.in this policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

The institute gather personal information, such as user complete name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, in order to offer him/ her, its services. Only to serve the user and contact the user in relation to services offered by the institute , personal information is gathered. In order to access the services provided by the institute , such as test trials, online testing, discussion forums, submissions, and other services and information available on institute  website www.scips.in, the user must voluntarily give his /her complete true and correct personal information.

 

The information provided by the user would be used to respond to enquiries, improve services, resolve service-related problems, etc. The institute  would use the data which it gather for internal purposes and to get in touch with and serve the user data better. No information gathered is sold or given to third parties.

INFORMATION THE INSTITUTE COLLECT:-

Whenever any visitor register for an account, the institute may ask for his / her contact information, including information such as name, Aadhar card number, address, email address, telephone number and passport size photographs. 

HOW INFORMATION WOULD BE COLLECTED AND USED:-

The institute  use information, which it collect in various ways, including to;

  • Provide, operate and maintain its website
  • Improve, personalize and expand its website
  • Understand and analyze how the visitor use its website
  • Develop new courses, diplomas, services, features and functionality
  • Communicate with visitors, either directly or through one of its employee of the institute, including for customer service, to provide visitor with updates and other information relating to the website and marketing and promotional purposes.

LOG FILES:-

www.scips.in follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include inter net protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/ exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website and gathering demographic information.

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION:-

  1. Self Certified true copy of 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate alongwith three extra set
  2. Copy of Aadhar Card/passport alongwith three extra set
  3. 12 passport size photographs

FEES:-

Student seeking admission in the institute has to pay the fees of the course opted by the students in the following slab:-

  1. 20% at the time of submitting application for admission
  2. 30% at the time of finalization of admission
  3. 5% monthly after expiry of one month period from the date of commencement of the course by 10th to 15th day of each month, till the full payment. In case of delay in payment of instalment by 15th day of each month Rs. 50/- per day would be charged as late fees charges.
  4. Remaining before appearing in the examination.

TRAINING:-

The student pursing diploma course shall undergo training at the notified places (government or private) named by the institute for the period specified by the institute and in case of not undergoing training, then the training letter would not be provided to the student in any condition and only diploma certificate would be provided.

ATTENDANCE:-

In case the student defaulted in attending the classes, while pursuing diploma course, then diploma certificate would not be issued to the student, rather, the period of diploma course automatically stand extended and the student shall became liable to pay the fees for the said extended period.

INDEMNITY:-

In case any student undergoing training commit any misdeeds, during the said training period, then he/she shall indemnify the institute any harm/ damage/ loss suffered by the institute due to his/ her said misdeeds.

BOOKS AND ID CARDS:-

The institute on confirmation of admission issued ID Cards to each of the student admitted containing the personal information as well as the course opted for by the student. The said institute would also arrange the books, white lab coat apron and other stationary for the student but the charges of the said books, white lab coat apron and stationary shall be payable by the student in advance before collecting the said books, white lab coat apron and stationary.

REFUND POLICY:-

In case any student after taking admission decided to cancel the admission, then the institute would refund the fees paid by the student after deducting its administration and other procedural charges, if the said request would be made within a period of 15 days from the date of admission. However, after commencement of the course no refund would be made to any student in any condition. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:-

As regards the Institute rating, course content, facilities available, etc., the student intended to take admission are advised to do their research before applying as they shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the same. The choice of course of study shall be solely at the discretion of the student. 

The Student /User shall explicitly understand and accept when applying for availing the facilities on services provided by the institute  while using the website of the institute  and its services that

  • Use of the site and any services offered on it is at his/ her own risk and is given on a “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • The implied assurances of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are among those that institute  specifically excludes from its disclaimer list.
  • The institute  disclaims all guarantees as to the truthfulness, dependability, quality, or accessibility of any information provided by any products, materials, or services made accessible on the Site.
  • The institute  is not re-publishing any material after copying the same from any other institute / University.
  • The students shall be solely responsible and are acting at their own risk for any harm to their computer or data loss resulting from the use of the site, services, or from the downloading of any materials.
  • No verbal/oral or written information or advice gleaned from the website or its services shall constitute a warranty unless it is clearly specified as such.

INSTITUTE LIABILITY:-

The institute  shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of electronically transmitted data, or another economic advantage, however, caused and regardless of the theory of liability, including contract (including negligence)

  • Using the services or being unable to utilize them;
  • The price of purchasing courses and education services, as well as the cost of communications, received or transactions, made using or after using the services;
  • The transmissions or data being accessed or altered without permission;
  • A third party’s comments or actions on the services or site;
  • Any material related to videos, including any materials which might be download, use or share from the Site.

The student/user is solely responsible for ensuring the security and backup of any data and/or equipment used in connection with the Site, and they shall deemed to have been agreed not to hold institute  liable for any lost data, re-run time, erroneous output, work delays as a result of using the material.

The student/user agrees to hold the institute  harmless from any claims based on using the site, whether in the contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and user covenants not to take any legal action against the institute  unless the institute  is prohibited by law from making such exclusions or limitations.

By signing up to use the Site, including all Services and Materials made available through it, the student shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about themselves as requested by the Site registration form, and to maintain and update their registration data to keep it that way

SAFETY:-

Unless otherwise stated in writing, it is presumed that the designated individual subscriber identified during the subscription process is accountable for any use of the login and password. The designated individual user is in charge of safeguarding the privacy of username and password as well as any actions taken with such information.

INTELLECTUAL LAWS:-

The Materials and Services on this Site are subject to intellectual property laws that protect them from infringement and may only be used for the stated individual subscriber’s exclusive use. FORCE MAJEURE:-

The institute  shall not be liable for any unforeseeable event beyond its reasonable control that prevents institute  from performing its obligations and that it has been unable to avoid by the exercise of due diligence, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance, or disobedience. If such a force majeure event occurs, the institute  will use all reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable and will only stop performance for the amount of time required as a result of the force majeure incident. 

The content and the course uploaded may be deleted, modified, or added to at any time and without prior notice for any reason by the institute . The service may be changed and improved at any time by the institute .
